U.S. Payment Policy

Whether you are purchasing an item, won an auction or are purchasing using the “Buy It Now” feature, you will immediately receive an email that provides a link to our secure online check-out system. If you encounter any issues completing your purchase using our check-out system, please contact Palisade Jewelers Customer Care for assistance.
U.S. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through our secure check-out system:

* Credit Cards: If you are interested in making payment using American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover please set up a PayPal account.

* PayPal: If you are interested in making payment using PayPal, our merchant system is secure and will allow you to use your PayPal account for payment.
NOTE: If you wish to ship to an address other than the verified PayPal address, we require, for your protection, that the shipping address be listed with PayPal as an alternate address.

* Personal Checks/Bank Checks: Please mail to Palisade Jewelers 16 North Van Brunt St. Englewood, NJ 07631. Please make send us a note including the item number and order number the payment is being applied to or this could delay shipping.

* Bank Wire Transfers: Please email us at info@palisadejewelers.com to request Bank Wire Transfer instructions.

International Payment Methods

Our US Policy applies for all International Payments.

Payment Deadlines
If you have won an auction or purchased an item using the "Buy It Now" feature, payment must be received within ten (10) calendar days using our secure check-out system. Items not paid within ten (10) calendar days will be cancelled and made available for re-listing. In addition, buyers who do not pay on a timely basis may have their purchasing and bidding privileges restricted.

Sales Tax (NJ/NY)
Palisade Jewelers is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped is to New Jersey or New York.

Non-fulfillment of an Order
In rare instances, Palisade Jewelers is unable to fulfill an order as a result of damage to, or loss of, the item before shipping, or for other reasons. In the event Palisade Jewelers is unable to fulfill an order for any reason, we reserve the right to rescind the transaction, and we will promptly refund any amounts you have paid for the item.
